About Me

CURRENT MISSION

An epic journey through time and space in search of the ultimate truth

ABOUT ME

I'm pretty cool... I guess. I can hurdle 1,000 mm tall barriers in a single jump, spell most four letter words correctly, and one time I hit a triple in an intramural softball game! Besides these stellar credentials, I'm a modest down-to-earth person who enjoys a good adventure and insightful people to share it with.

I love getting outside and staying active. I ride my bike a lot! I try not to get too caught up in worldly possessions. If someone came today and stole everything I own, it wouldn't bother me too much.

I recently moved to Santa Clara for a job in the Solar Industry. I am passionate about what I do and sincerely hope to promote a more harmonious relation between humans and the planet (especially the way we extract energy from it).

PHILOSOPHY

If you never get lost, you will never be found.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by putting my couch up for grabs for those who need a place to crash and hoping that some will return the favor when I'm traveling. I also try to get involved in CS events and activities that go down around phoenix. It's a great way to meet people and get acquainted to a new city!

Interests

I'm keen on: bonfires, hiking, board sports, originality, bike rides, fresh air, quantum physics, creativity, graffiti, swimming, traveling, astronomy, kayaking, solar power...

Not a big fan of: TV, strip malls, close-minded folks, car alarms (and horns), disposable cutlery, arrogance...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I often find that the most amazing places I travel to are not the must-see-tourist-spots you read about in the guide books, but the strange places I get lost in trying to find these places.

Teach, Learn, Share

I work in the solar industry, I picked up some Mandarin while living in China, I taught English, I studied physics, and I love to share and contemplate upon pretty much anything relevant to human existence...
