About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Carpe Diem! Seize the day, boys. Make your lives extraordinary.

ABOUT ME

I think I am a pretty chill person, I am always game to try new things.

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live and do no harm to others are two ideals I strive to practice. Along with other epic life lessons from Star Trek (red = dead) and other classic 80's movies (like 'use the force' and 'party on dudes')
I also firmly believe chocolate makes everything better.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to show my part of the world to travelers.

Also, I have had the best experiences staying with CS hosts. These lovely people have really inspired me to be kind and compassionate to travelers.

Interests

I love movies, collecting records, going to concerts and reading, reading, reading. I often go to the gym. I have a love/hate relationship with hiking. I adore lazy Sunday afternoons, watching Sumo and eating ice cream. I hate scary movies and washing dishes. I seriously could eat sushi and katsudon everyday. I also want to collect all the cute teapots in the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Star Trek is King, but I adore Sherlock Holmes, Star Wars, The Goonies, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, Sci fi movies and anything by Pixar or Ghibli.
I love music, and am always game to hear new tunes, I'm always looking for new music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took Silver in Japan's only women's Sumo competition, it has been the highlight of my entire life in Japan.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: Japanese Calligraphy, Taiko drums and Sumk are the best Japanese culture related activities I can teach you. I
Learn: know how to cook? Teach me please. It's my biggest weak point.
Share: Hmm, I'll share my cat with you. He always loves houseguests.
