Finished a build with Habitat for Humanity Guatemala; honestly one of the best experiences of my life. (May 15, 2016)

The basics! I was born in Chicago, then I moved to Los Angeles where I studied Architecture. I did a year of studying architecture in Florence, Italy where I also learned Italian, I finished my undergrad and now I'm working as a consultant in San Francisco.

I find that food is the easiest way to knowing a bit of other cultures so I'm not a picky eater! I would love to travel the world and experience everything different cultures have to offer!

Oh Vegas...

I love art, I draw pretty well but I'm definitely appreciative of all forms of art. I love music and am always open to suggestions.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was in Italy, My roommate Leandro Yuan and I hosted two girls. We met them randomly in an airport and they invited themselves haha but we were happy to host and it turned out to be a great experience! And so, here I am.

Since then I have hosted a number of people; "see couchsurfing experience below" :)

I like it all. Though I do wish I had more time to read about things of personal interest. As of late I have only been researching about my thesis project. One of my favorite books is Aldous Huxley's A Brave New World, and The Hobbit.

My entire year in Italy was great! I traveled quite a bit and I'm looking forward to future travels!

I am a very open minded person. I enjoying learning about cultures and their different traditions.

I like discussing why societies have gone from a conservative-traditional past into a liberal-modern future. I have actually had a few good conversations about this topic.

I also like the relationships conversations haha

My father is an ordained minister so I have a decent background of Christianity and a wide variety of opinions about it and its application in modern society.
