I am an explorer by heart. When I travel I like to become part of the community around me. Live like the locals. I look to the moon when I can to send positive vibes to my family and friends who live away from me. I have grown children and I now live in South Western Ontario.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I want to get to know the people of the country were I am staying. I want to talk about current events, ask questions and make friends that I will be-able to stay in contact with once my trip is over.

As a traveler, I really appreciated the hosts an wanted to extent that feeling to other travelers. I cannot host often, but really enjoy the time I spend with Couchsurfers.

Interesses

I love aquarium fish, I had multiply tanks over years. My oldest fish was an African Ciclid named Stephan, he died at 14 years old. I like nature, horses and beer. I love dancing and snorkeling and long haul travel. This is funny but I really like doing laundry; the hanging on a line, the folding. I find it meditative.

I enjoy most types of music, international, blues, jazz, classical, bluegrass and am always willing to hear something new. Live music is a real pleasure be it a pub or big festival...

I couldn't just name one. I see most people can't. Ha Ha

Swimming at the Sea Organ in Zadar was a dream come true. We climbed the highest peak in Teddy Roosevelt National Park to watch the sun set, I have snorkeled at Molokini Crater in Hawaii, off shore in Cozumel, Mexico and at 5 Mile Marker off Key West.
