ABOUT ME

Currently in Australia on a work visa and bouncing around Asia.

I used to work at and help manage a lovely backpackers hostel in Vancouver. Even if I cannot host you, you can always swing by Samesun and say hi or ask for advice about the City. Unfortunately right now, with the house I live in, its usually not possible for me to host.

In 2012, I graduated from BCIT with a Diploma in Marketing Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. When I was 18 I took a year off after high school and traveled to Europe with a few friends, visiting over 14 different countries with the help of a Eurail pass in 4 months. In July 2012, I took off on an open-ended journey by myself and ended up travelling 6 months covering mainly Eastern Europe and visiting 20 countries. In 2015, I managed to squeeze in a 40 day trip to Southeast Asia; and after working for a few years, I have set off once again on a one way trip back again starting in Asia. I am now in Australia working and living...

I find everyone is interesting to me. I find every situation is something you can learn from. Even people you might not agree with still have an interesting perspective.

I have hosted travelers at my house and it turned out great. I have surfed and it has always been amazing, maybe I'm just lucky. I love meetups in the cities I travel in and Ill try to make it when I can.

True Techno/Tech House/Deep House music. (Motor City Drum Ensemble, Peter Van Hoesen, Pezzner, Doza, Thugfucker...). I also have a soft spot for good hip-hop instrumentals (Pete Rock, J Dilla, Kero One) Although I am a genuine lover of almost all music. I have also been known to dance like an idiot to 80's music. When I spin vinyl at home or out, its usually Motown, Soul and one-hit wonders from the 80s....
