About Me
CURRENT MISSION
finish this godforsaken degree and have a good time doing it!
ABOUT ME
I'm a student of economics, and being a student dominates my life for the time being. However, i have been involved in youth work since i was 16 years old and i still have a part time job in an after school care project, and i especially enjoy drama based activities.
Think that covers what i do....now me as a person! I have a real desire to grasp opportunities as they come. I joined the ski club this year at uni, i started rock climbing in the new year when a mates couch surfer suggested we go, and i'm working this summer as performing arts director in massacheusetts, taking my first ever trip to the states!!!
Personality, my dad described me as a big softie, which as a teenager didnt seem complimentary but makes more sense now. Think i'm thoughtful, caring, and understanding.
Only other thing worth saying is I like people who are up for a good laugh. Be it going out or sitting in, I make an effort to be good company, but its easier when those around you are in the same frame of mind :)
PHILOSOPHY
Haha, i've read some fairly profound philosophies in browsing, not sure i could top em and dont want to adopt em. one important thing for me is that actions speak louder than words, so i dont like to tell people how i act or how i believe society should act, i believe its more important to be moral, peaceful, fair, kind etc. and lead by example.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Might not seem like much to others but I used to run 800m and 1500m for city of edinburgh athletics club, and winning my first race was one of the best feelings ever. Ask me about it if you meet me :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can play guitar, I study economics, I am a youth worker. Sure something there might be useful to teach. I'd love to learn a bit more about philosophy, and i love cooking so if anyone wants to exchange ideas and cook a meal together i would love that. My gran is Ceylonese so i've been phoning her for to years for tips on curries. Still dont taste as good as hers :(
