Two week break from my studies (abroad) in Toulouse, off to see more of Europe!

ABOUT ME

I'm studying chemical engineering at UT, and spending this semester in France at INSA Toulouse. I've always wanted to study abroad, and took french all through high school and a little bit in college, so I couldn't pass up a chance to come over here. Now I get to see all the rest of Europe too.

I love new places!

I've lived in a few different cities growing up, and always like the feeling of going somewhere new. Needless to say I'm having a blast in Europe this semester.

PHILOSOPHY

I live life to have fun, do the things I love, and help everybody else have fun.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just found out about this amazing community from the people I've met while studying abroad. I'm a surfer for now but I'm really looking forward to getting my foot in with the community and getting more involved in my hometown of Austin, Texas.

Everything from sports to computers (yes, experiencing diverse cultures is included in that).

Music, Movies, and Books

I *love* sci-fi and fantasy (Dune and the Wheel of Time being my all-time favorites).

As for movies, if it's a sci-fi or action movie I'll love it. If not, it better be Shaun of the Dead : )

Music, I listen to classic rock and country mainly. Anything but rap works for me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't think I have any super special personal skills, but one thing I can do is help out with computer problems, especially if you use linux : )
