HI. My name is Blanca (I'm the red head on my profile picture) and my partner is named Kati. We are both from Ventura, California, a small beach town near Los Angeles. I just graduated and currently working in the nonprofit sector. More specifically with homeless youth and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Kati is a very talented illustration student graduating this fall from Art Center. We pride ourselves in being feminists, queer activists and overall genuine people. We are really down to earth, full of wonder and always looking to better ourselves. We have a deep desire to meet new people and understand different cultures so we try to travel as often as we can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Kati and I work in two sectors that are very rewarding but they do not leave us with means to travel often. Couchsurfing allows us to do something we love while getting to meet some pretty amazing people along the way!
