Hello !
I am a passionate and curious young woman who is eager to discover the world, the others and herself. I am fond of literature and cinema but also really interested in art and trying myself at painting and drawing. I am also keen on learning languages, because I am so interested in Words in general, language is fascinating to me. And also, I really like food...
By the way, I am a student in business school and I took a gap year to fulfill a project that meant a lot to me. I am at the moment realizing a tour of South America to shoot a serie docu-fiction about education in culture in this area. I am traveling with my shooting crew, (but we are only three, me included). We have already shot the first episode in Colombia, which went really well and we are now continuing our journey to the south of America.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here in Couchsurfing because that is a concept that suits me much. I really appreciate authentic encounters and having enriching experiences through sharing stories, competences... That is exactly what I expect to find on Couchsurfing.

Interests

I'd say that what interest me most, is to understand things. I really feel that I need to better understand the world, the news, the people around me and even myself. And I sense that to fulfill this desire, I have to discover most different cultures and arts and countries as I can. There is so many ways to catch them, that I am afraid I won't be able to grasp them all. But that's the game...

Music, Movies, and Books

So hard to tell. There is so much different ones that I Iove !
Concerning music, I like indie, pop, rock, and sometimes the rest too. At this moment I like to listen to Benjamin Clementine.
I have a LOT of favorite movies but some of them would be Kill Bill, The Lord of the Rings, Laurence Anyways, The Wolf of Wallstreet, Blade Runner...
My favorite book, is changing every month. I read a lot of french books, and I also love Jane Austen and the Brontë Sisters.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been recently forced to go dancing with colombian women on a stage during a Dance Challenge. I am really bad at dancing and I was so scared, I had to dance in front of all these people, in this village... It was so hard for me. But finally I manage to do it (with only one attempt to escape the stage) and I even won the Competition!

Teach, Learn, Share

I have always tried to have a pedagogic approach in life. To me transmitting is one of the most precious thing we can offer and get. That is why I used to workes with children and also disabled people in vacation center. Those have always been amazing experiences that built my ability to teach and learn and share, and shaped my vision of the world.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can tell you stories of what it is like to be me, french clumsy girl, and what it drove me to go through. But also I can show you some french cooking tips. And include you in my filming project if you'd like to ! We are always searching for people to help us with the scenario, the acting, the music, the shooting, the edition... It will be a pleasure to have your point of view to go ahead faster and make an episode really interesting !
