I'm a personal trainer and yoga teacher from Chicago, IL, and I've been traveling for the past 6 months.

As a personal trainer, I love staying active, and have had a lot of fun exploring creative ways to stay active while traveling. I'm always up for checking out a new gym, trying a new class, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, or anything of the sort. Aside from staying active, I LOVE food, and trying new foods and cuisines is one of my favorite parts of traveling. I also really enjoy live music and am always intrigued to find new styles or artists to listen to.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've done a bit of hosting in my own apartment in Chicago, and I loved the opportunity to meet new people, show them my city, and learn about them and their experiences. Every person that I hosted had such a great story; I learned a lot about myself from interacting with many of my couchsurfers and even though I consider myself an expert on all things Chicago, hosting allowed me to experience my city and view it from different vantage points than I had previously, which was amazing!

I haven't done as much couchsurfing myself, but I'm looking forward to using CS to continue to meet unique people and have the opportunity to experience locations in an intimate way with the people that know them best.
