ABOUT ME
Philosophically inclined, I have a wide variety of interests, each more unusual than the last. I guess I can't satisfy myself with the mere mundane :)
I love to meet new people, hear new stories, share ideas, hence my interest in hosting people.
For Hosting purposes : I'm very polite, clean, and proper young man who can, however, let loose and party when the occasion is needed ;)
PHILOSOPHY
Life is a perpetual mystery, and happiness isn't a destination : it's a way of traveling!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I aim to help any fellow traveler gain a wonderful experience while helping them see a different view of my city not found in the tourist books.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I haven't had the chance to couch surf myself, but I've already hosted a few random travelers eager to share experiences with me.
Interests
Where do I begin? How about I just spill out on this page anything that comes to mind : reading, writing, movies, photography, painting, geocaching, metal detecting, hiking, canoing, camping, fishing, snowshoeing, etc

Music, Movies, and Books
I love listening to blues and classic rock; I mostly read history books yet I love old classics like Edgar Allan Poe, Jules Verne, and the likes; I'm a BIG Michael Crichton fan; I tend to love adventure movies, especially about treasure hunting.
Teach, Learn, Share
As a history major, you'll get to learn a LOT about Québec history (and if you're American, maybe a few things you didn't know about your own country!). I can easily suggest great museums to see, sights to gaze upon, uncanny nooks to seek, and all round great corners of town tourists don't usually visit but miss out on!
