CURRENT MISSION

Currently I am just wandering about, trying to see a few things and figure out what I'm doing next.

ABOUT ME

Originally from Kansas but I spent a year living in Brazil and I've been in New York for nearly 5 years. I've been working my ass off for the last few years and doing little travel but I've quit that job and am currently out wandering for a while until I move on to the next.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is about pleasure and the pursuit of it. I believe everything can be brought back to that statement.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since finding this community I've never had a couch to offer, hopefully that will change soon. However I do have many friends that are constantly hosting so I spend a great deal of time showing travelers a good time around the city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I heard about CS when I was in a hostel in Cordova, Argentina. Since then I have used it to meet up with people in Porto Alegre, Brazil (the city I was living in at the time) and to meet people in Montevideo and Buenos Aires when I was traveling there. I have never actually surfed a couch through CS (always had previous arrangements) but I have meet people for drinks and made quiet a few good friends.

I am pretty much all about food and drink and whatever it takes to acquire those in as much variety as possible.

I take joy in simple things which has resulted in a continuous stream of minor amazements. No one really separating itself from the crowd.
