CURRENT MISSION

I'm interested in seeing the world and experiencing other cultures. I am studying abroad in Bonn now, but I would like to live in places for extended period of times in the future. That way I can learn about cultures, not through an outside perspective.

ABOUT ME

Traveling is my passion. I have traveled a lot with family and on an Israel program, but have only traveled on my own a few times. I am finally at the point in my life where I am able to do so and experience the world.

Other than traveling, my true passions are photography and music. I write music and play guitar and drums.

I am an easy-going person and try to stay open to any opportunities that come my way. I do not make plans because that limits my options for opportunities in the future. I love meeting new people and learning about different customs and cultures. I want to learn as much about other countries as I can.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love sports and volunteering. I am in a community service group at my university and try to do as many sports as possible, even those that I have not done before.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never couch surfed before, but can't wait to do it because I love meeting new people. I have only stayed in hostels, but I have met many new people that way.

Third Eye Blind is my favorite band, but I love all types of music, mostly alternative, rock and acoustic

I am a total movie buff and love all types of movies. My favorites are Four Brothers, The Guardian, Coyote Ugly, My Cousin Vinny, etc.

I. Love. Books.... I read all the time, mostly supernatural stuff or sci fi, but always fiction

The most amazing experience I have ever had was skydiving. It was this amazing rush in free-fall and when I pulled the parachute, I was floating above the world and everything was silent.

I plan to go bungee jumping and do other things like this when I travel the world.

After traveling a lot, I've learned that you have to be ready for something completely new and different. You should travel without having too many expectations.
