ABOUT ME

Kind hearted, down to earth, feet on the ground and head above the clouds ( on a good day!) Been living in Spain for the last 7 years in incredibly charming & beautiful places. Now back in the UK...wondering if I am mad..yes, feeling the cold, yes it is a bit grey...but hey it's not all doom on gloom ( if u don't watch the telly that is!)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Was hosting in Spain, but then changed locations and had to withdraw the offer of a sofa/bed, had coach surfers who I met along the way and who stayed on my sofa and I have also stayed at some places where  people  are hosts, but I came to them & them to me by other ways, not the website. All very positive!

Interests

Permaculture, counter-culture, sustainable living, personal development and empowerment...and having fun! Ongoing search for knowledge,experiences, skills, unlearning a lot of "stuff", reconnecting with Gaia ( the mother of mothers!), myself and fellow beings and thinking "outside of the box".

Music, Movies, and Books

World music, most music with a bit of bass & a funky rythym! Tend to go for chilled music and something which makes me wanna wiggle!

Movies, tend to go for documentaries or independent films.

Books, a huge variety and am very open to all sorts, but these days read much more fact than fiction...number 1 author Joanna Macey !
