ABOUT ME

Avid skier, rock climber, surfer, and hiker. I like to play bluegrass music, and love listening to reggae. I brew beer in my spare time, and love to cook and learn new recipes while traveling. Just finished up my Ph.D. and started teaching at University of Denver in Colorado.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to roll with the punches and travel without much of a set itenerary, and just let my travel experiences unfold, going to local hot spots and using the advice of locals a lot.

Try to attend local events at the moment, and would love to host international travelers who make it out to Denver.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only been to a few of the Denver CS mixers. Great group of people, and I'm looking forward to using CS more for ski trips and international travel.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to listen to Bluegrass and Reggae. I also like to play bluegrass and tour the bluegrass festival scene in Colorado in the summers whenever I can.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Had an amazing experience skiing for 2 months in Argentina. Had some good powder days and made a lot of friends in my travels down there.

Would love to learn more about traveling in Asia. Could share some of my experiences traveling in S. America and the ski trip I went on down there.
