ABOUT ME

I'm 26 years old currently living with my parents. I've lived in Jersey for all of my conscious memory...that is to say I wasn't born here, but grew up here. Played all kinds of sports growing up, but now my time is generally taken up by my job (truck driver/delivery man) my failed attempts in journalism (I had an interest in writing critically about music and film) and playing capoeira (a brazillian martial art/philosophy). Still trying to figure out how and where I fit in the world. I'm obsessed with my iPod, seeking out new ways of life, laughter, physical activity, chocolate, and letting my hair grow 'till it drives me completely insane.

Travel & Culture obviously. Music and Film (used to be a journalism major) Trying to take in as much as I can from living life, meeting new people, falling down and getting back up, people watching, exploring, listening to music, and sharing it with anyone who will listen...and making people smile

Music: this one hurts the most to keep short. Led Zeppelin, Cream, Damien Rice, Flaming Lips, Hendrix, Kings of Leon, Kanye West, Incubus, M.I.A., Mars Volta, Buena Vista Social Club, Bob Marley, Sublime, Rage Against the Machine, Weezer, Talking Heads, System of a Down, ...the list goes on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Scuba Diving off the cost of Oahu, Hawaii
- Roaming the streets of Lapa & Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and living to tell the story
- Playing capoeira on the street and on stage performances
- Lived for a short while in Barcelona through a Foregin Exchange Program
- Grand Canyon, Niagra Falls, Las Vegas, HAWAII!!, Sugarloaf Mountain in Brazil
- Lived in Spain (Malaga, Torremolinos, Barcelona) for a month.

Teach, Learn, Share

- I've been told I'm an expert at preparing several forms of american breakfast
- I've taught capoeira classes back home
- I can now cooka Spanish Tortillas
