One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I have done was to enter a competition called "Body For Life" in 2004. I was size 16 and I dropped to size 3 in 6 moths by following the guidelines for eating and exercising from the book of Body For Life. I came top 2000 from millions of entrees from all over the world. I am proud that I did it and the result was amazing for me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning anything useful for humanity and applying and practicing and being a good example.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would love to share quiet times together while cooking, eating, or sharing our experiences as well. I can help with gardening in the garden, feeding the pets, walking around the perimeter of their houses to get a feeling where they live.
