One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Had to swim through thousands of sea cucumbers (they squirt glue on you in defense!) to get back from a limestone island in the Andaman Sea at low tide (Thailand). Then that night in the high winds my hut was bombarded by coconuts blown from the palms! I couldn't sleep all night, worrying one was going to crash through the roof and make my head a coconut as well.

I know a lot about recipes and ingredients. I've tried many varieties of fruits and vegetables. Fluent in Japanese (4 skills). I know a lot of history (well, what is given to us as history anyway).
