CURRENT MISSION

I like to feed people, to share what I have with others. I hate hotels...when I travel I'd like to be under the sky, but if that isn't feasible I'd like to be sitting around someone else's kitchen table.

I am still trying to figure it all out. I get very high on experience...the market, the river, the leaves, a wonderful vest, cloth, COLOUR. I've been married, have 5 kids. Now I am studying. It is a struggle, learning how to learn, and endlessly fascinating.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I managed to take care of 5 kids, a home day care for 8, two international students and a husband for a long time, and I loved and fed everybody really well. i don't know how I did it! Now I have just competed 6 years studying to be a doctor of chiropractic. I got there. It feels wonderful.

Teach, Learn, Share

What do I have to teach? good question. I do love to share my space, my food, experiences. I can teach you how to make bread, granola, yogurt...I can help you sew. To learn? how you live, think, manifest your life. Share ? Good meals, favourite places, (like the market), my garden, introspection, delight, beautiful things, different ways of healing, self and others....
