I love building connections with others. I like entertainment and culture. I have lived in Michigan, Chicago and San Francisco. I have 11 years of work experience and tons of crazy stories. I try to extract the lesson in everything. I realize that all is given in perfect timing no use in fighting reality.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am an enthusiastic individual always creating new goals and tasks to accomplish. I love to listen to music and share time with people precious to me. I realize though that time alone is better than time spent with bad company but the bad company allows us to analyze why it is "bad" as we have the power to shift our paradigms in our minds :) I believe we are all one and all connected. When we realize this maybe the world will live in love and light, through the highest vibrations.

I am a go getter, a goal achiever. I am determined at becoming a yogi master. I was a yoga teacher for some time but there is are vast amounts of knowledge I can still obtain. I have traveled many places in my 26 yrs and started flying when I was a baby. I have been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I love anatomy, nutrition and movement.
