About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Thinking of future missions

ABOUT ME

*NOTE* I live in Kaohsiung, Taiwan (on the bottom south-western coast of Taiwan)...NOT in Canada at the moment.

I never know what to put in these things...
I'm a 24 year old music and photography loving vegan. My goal in life is to visit every country by the age of 30. I previously taught English for one year in Yeosu, South Korea, but now I'm currently living in Kaohsiung, Taiwan and teaching English. I hope to work in the human rights field line of work when I "grow up". Other than that, what can I say? Oh, I hate cantaloupe...and peas.

PHILOSOPHY

1. Go Veg!
2. Peace & Love
3. Karma
4. TRAVEL

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined this community after seeing the website mentioned in a "Lonely Planet" forum, and I have not yet hosted anyone as I previously lived at home. Now that I've moved to Taiwan and have a place of my own I'm definitely down for hosting!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed in NYC in August 2008, awesome experience and I couldn't have asked for a better host! Later on in the Fall of 2009 I surfed with a few people when I backpacked the USA, all great people.

Interests

animals, animal rights, human rights, women's rights..ok, I guess rights in general, sour patch kids, cooking & baking delicious vegan food, music, photography, art, film, festivals, markets, thrift stores, travel, zippers, peace, ethnic food, tea, penguins, basset hounds...I could go on.

The Grand Canyon was awe inspiring, nothing can describe it in words.

I moved to South Korea on my own last year to teach English..now on to Taiwan!

Bali, Indonesia is by far one of the best places I have ever been to..if not THE Best.
