Currently live in New Orleans - or just outside its outskirts. Was made in Michigan, grew up in Ohio and have spent most of my adult life in New York City. Spent a few years in finance where I founded a group that focused on companies and projects that positively affected society (www.blackrockimpact.com) and have since worked on poems, dance-ish parkour inspired moments and most recently a quarter or so of an album (www.seispoems.com, www.bobbymoves.com, www.goodtigermelody.com).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm having a hard time engaging with AirBnB and the other housing options that are available. They all just reak of commerce and when it comes to something as intimate as a home / or housing it just doesn't settle well. Figure I'd see if this was perhaps something I could get on board with, in particular for some upcoming travel to LA.
