ABOUT ME
Roommates, friends and myself have turned the house some of us (myself included) live in into London's first infoshop, it's called Empowerment. In a small, conservative city, Empowerment is a place for those with beleifs and interests rooted in anti-authoritarianism, social and environmental justice. The Empowerment Centre includes a radical reading library, meeting/screening room and infoshop and is expanding to include an urban farming project that is currently in the works, as well as, in the coming year, versatile studio space for recording and visual arts.
http://www.empowermentinfoshop.com/ has more info on that.
I like to make music, primarily I play bass, but I also produce music on computer, play guitar, drum, DJ, basicly anything I can get my hands on musicly. I've also been getting into painting and drawing more lately.
My music's kinda' strange, I don't know how to categorize it really, I sorta' jump from genre to genre with it, some I've done by myself and some I've done with a friend in Toronto is up at www.myspace.com/synesthesiatoronto and www.purevolume.com/synesthesiatoronto
I grew up in Toronto, Ont and lived there until a couple years ago when I moved to London, Ontario to try to get into Music Industry Arts at Fanshawe college. I got tired of the college while taking General Arts & Sciences and didn't like things I heard about the program I wanted to get into, so I just gave up on that a couple months ago.
