ABOUT ME

I'm open minded person with lot of dreams, wishes and hopes :) All of my friends think I am idealist and hippie, all I want is peace and happiness in the world :)I don't judge people, everybody are equal to me, I don't make difference. My friend can rely on me and I am always here for them :)I like to try new things, I like to travel, meet new people and new culture. I am very ambitious and I want to do great things in my life!

If i don't do something for someone else, what am i worth? "
This is my life philosophy. I always try to give the best of me in particular moment of life and I think life is worthless without helping other people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in Dormitory in Zagreb so I am not able to host anybody but I am always open to meet new people who would like to visit Zagreb. I would definitely find spare time to show beauty of Zagreb, to drink cup of coffee, to hang around and have good time with couchsurfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new in CS, but I have lot of friends that participate in CS for long time. They told me great things about CS with lot of positive experiences. They persuaded me to make my CS profile because I have couchsurfing spirit :)

March 2012- I surfed for 4 days in Rome :)

Interests

I study Economics not because I am interested in profit, but because with my knowledge of economics I want to do come changes in the world. I want to work for IFAD and develop economy in undeveloped African or Asian countries. That is my dream job and my life mission.
I am member of student association in Zagreb and my job is to find practices and internship for students. I feel great when I can help somebody to find a job. I am also a volunteer in Counseling against violence. I participated in Summer school of Political economy where I learnt lot about international relations and different cultures, especially about North Africa and Middle East. I am very interested into rural development and women's rights.

I enjoy in smiling,eating, children's laughing,hanging around with my friends, meet new people, talking about almost everything, bicycling, hiking, camping,swimming, picnics,singing (i don't have a hearing :P), reading books, watching movies, drinking coffee for two hours,traveling, exploring new things, dancing, partying, festivals, concerts... One of my biggest wishes is to learn how to play guitar or another instrument :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Whenever I have some spare time I like to spend it with book or movie. I can imagine my life without music, it always pushes me forward. I love the possibility of imagination while reading, listening songs or watching movies.
MOVIES= realistic drama, psychological thriller and comedy ( Little Miss Sunshine, Mamma Mia, Notebook, Hair, 127 Hours, The pursuit of Happyness, Blood diamond,Children of Man, Rain man...)
MUSIC= ex Yugoslavian rock,Croatian modern rock, old rock, indie rock, acid rock, pop-rock( The Smiths, Cranberries, David Bowie, Bob Dylan, The Doors, Joan Baez, Crosby Still Nash&Young,Coldplay, Arcade Fire, Joy Divison, Janis Joplin, Jeff Buckley, Rolling Stones, ...)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most spiritual moment in my life is when I was in Istanbul in front of Aya Sofia mosque when Muslim's priest started to pray. Their prayers are very loud and can be heard in every part of city.There were million people around me, and I just squeezed my friend's hand and we stood like that until the prayer was over.

Two things that I'll remember all my life is visiting Auschwitz and Pamukkale in Turkey.

Teach, Learn, Share

" If water starts boiling it is foolish to turn off the heat" Whenever I achieve something, it gives me extra zeal to go further People should never stop upgrading themselves. We must live up to our fullest potentials so I want to learn as much as possible .In return I can learn you Croatian,English or Italian, sewing, acting, speaking on public performance, how to make a lot in little time,how to smile, how to drink smart and facts about Croatia and its culture. Also, we can find our similar field of interests and learn together :)
