My life has led me to reinvent my self, perspectives, values, and beliefs more than once. An English philosopher once said, that if one wishes to think, one must first be willing to reach the natural conclusion of one's thoughts, wherever it may lead. I would add to this, one's experiences as well. Sometimes though, thought isn't enough, sometimes the mind has forgotten what the soul remembers, sometimes rather than discovery, we need silence.
I am a hedonist by inclination and a skeptic by experience. I hope to be as wise as Lynyrd Skynard's Mama in the way I live my life.
