ABOUT ME

helloo! so, i spend some of my time studying and working... the rest of the time i pretty much try and have as good a time as i can. i live with three friends (rishi, kristina and jared) and an array of casual semi-residents... we're pretty much all vegetarians, we love the mighty boosh, dumplings, the internet, parties, beer, tea, radiohead (etc). it would be great to have you stay and join in the fun times.

PHILOSOPHY

aim to live totally in the moment. the future does not exist yet and the past is nothing but memory, so our true existence, or what we tangibly experience as existence, can only be found in the present. then, when you realise that our living and breathing in this very instant is astoundingly contingent, and that on the scheme of universes the odds of our ever even being born are SO slim.. it seems that everyone should live in constant amazement and appreciation. and realising that, not waste any opportunities to go swimming at sunrise.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i have couchsurfed in China and Tasmania (which was wonderful), but have mainly hosted others. i've met many very excellent people... we shared a lot of booze, grooves and truths

Intereses

art (installation, contemporary, conceptual, graffiti), playing and listening to music, seeing live bands, seeing plays/ performances, finding cafes and pretty places, watching the sunrise if i can ever be bothered to get up/ stay up that late, sleep, travelling, riding bikes, making zines.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

i love sharing music... swapping mp3s or having a jam session. i play guitar and violin, our house has a keyboard and harmonicas and bongos so you can feel free to pick up any of those and dazzle us! at the moment i'm trying to learn some Spanish for travel plans later this year, and i'm always interested in new skills. i can teach guitar aaand knitting?
