ABOUT ME

Hate filling these things out! It's so hard to write about yourself!!

Working young female with the best life partner who is trying to get comfortable with discomfort. Many times we often play life safe and because of this many of us fail to reach our fullest potential.

Because of this, I have found myself practicing more yoga, reading, baking and cooking foods from scratch!
I love walking dogs (though I don't own one) and walking in parks/trails.
I love love love lighting my beeswax candles whenever I am home and growing my ever expanding collection of plants (especially succulents!)

Though I am not a vegetarian, I don't eat much meat in attempts to help reduce green house gas emissions.

I am quite restrictive with who I allow to stay with me and as a CS I think it's equally a good idea to be selective with who you choose to stay with. I live with my mother and I have an incredible partner who frequently stays here with me. I like living in clean spaces (so please no smelly, dirty grungy backpackers!) I also do not want to host someone who is just looking to save some money (only to later to spend it drinking their faces off).

I like reading funny quotes, and this one was the most recent that made me really LOL (btw, I am not Trump supporter!)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Love the idea! I have had some wonderful experiences in Japan, probably the best actually where I've slept on the floor in a sleeping bag because the living space couldn't fit 2 beds (if you can imagine how teeny tiny that is)

Interests

Travelling (no kidding!) Cycling, weight lifting. yoga, singing, reading, volunteering, movies, personal growth, personal development, cooking, vegetarianism, environment, spirituality, hiking..you get the idea...!

Music, Movies, and Books

No real preference here..just whatever catches my attention in the first 40 pages.
Though I must say that I am a huge Harry potter fan! ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed Mount Kinabalu in Borneo Malaysia.
Sky dived in New Zealand 16500 feet!

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't know if I have the expertise to be teaching any particular thing, but I can say I have interests and that includes health, food, career changes, self development and reflection. Things I would like to learn more of would be just seeing and hearing how others around the world live on a day to day basis, what they love about their country and where they are from and their experiences with travelling so far.
