I am a fun loving and intelligent (or so I like to think) girl that is having a great time exploring life. I am a well-balanced person who is fairly good at and enjoys many things. I have recently been lucky enough to get a job in Italy and then travel through Europe a bit. Now I am excited for further fun times in the US before I can hopefully afford to travel more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a field school program to Laetoli, Tanzania a few years ago. We were working on a field expedition to find hominin (possible human ancestors) fossils, approx. 3.5 million years old. The goal was not only thrilling but I also camped out in Ngorogoro National Park for one month, next to the Serengeti. It was wonderful being able to see tons of exciting African animals as well.
My first time traveling alone in Europe last year. At first I was a little intimated to travel alone, but soon realized it is amazing and liberating. Now I travel alone often and because of this have been able to see numerous places I otherwise would not be able to.
