ABOUT ME

Compassion might be my number one quality. Fairly outgoing, hard-working, motivated, friendly, and I love to see a good sense of humor. Some might say I try too often to please others, but I don't see it as a deficit or a flaw, but more so as a good quality. Around my campus I used to be known as, and I am sometimes still referred to as "the Sushi Guy"

Interests

I really love the sunlight. On a nice day it is usually my goal to find at least one new thing, whether it be a tree or a building, to climb. I like to hike and see new things. If I can't joke around a little bit then I feel as though part of my day has gone to waste. Then again, I also feel as though I must work each day and do something that is progressive for myself, otherwise getting to sleep is hard because I must have wasted the day! Also, I love rolling sushi.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When in Canada, I was camping out with a friend in Ontario. The experience itself was amazing. We got to see my favorite band, TooL live in concert in the lead singer's home province. It was absolutely incredible and is worth reminiscing about all the time.
On top of a mountain in Vermont I felt as though my eyes had been opened to the sky and the world below for the very first time before rushing down the mountain on my snowboard and veering off the main trails for sometime into the woods. I've never done so before and the pure, untouched, powdery snow left an imprint in my mind forever.
Not really a specific moment, but whenever I see a stranger helping another I can't help but smile and feel my spirits pick up immediately.
