I am a film student in Las Vegas who obviously loves watching movies of all kinds. I also love pasta and enchiladas. My favorite color is red even though I'm wearing blue underwear as I'm typing this. I've always wanted to have an afro . I could not live without listening to music, movies are what I want to do but there's something special about music that no other art form has. Having grown up in Seattle, I love the rain and everything associated with that marvelous city.

I'm here because I want to see different places, meet different people and have different experiences that will help me grow as a person. Also, it's exciting! It's an adventure!

Interests

Movies! I want to write and direct them. I am also interested in storytelling of all kinds. From oral, Homeric epic poems to comic strips, I like figuring out how they work and how and why they make people react emotionally.

I love street photography when I get the chance to do it because there's nothing more interesting than watching people be themselves.

And making playlists! One of my favorite things ever. You can build them around themes or emotions or anything you want to really.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: My favorite band is definitely Florence and the Machine and ..... Bon Iver, Sigur Ros, The Flaming Lips, The Killers, The Strokes, Bob Dylan, Feist, Lykke Li, Sky Ferreira and also Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Regina Spektor. Post-rock, ambient, jazz, punk, indie, shoegaze, soul, anything really.

I try to find something to appreciate in anything I listen to.

Oh, and I just listened to Sufjan Stevens "Carrie & Lowell" and it's one of the best things I've listened to in a long time.

Movies: Oh boy this is going to be long. My favorite movie is Magnolia. And then it's Chungking Express, Almost Famous, Pierrot Le Fou, Persepolis, Y Tu Mama Tambien, Inside Llewyn Davis, The Master and I could name a bunch more.

Books: My favorite is V. by Thomas Pynchon, Fear & Loathing In Las Vegas, Blood Meridian, Franny & Zooey, Slaughterhouse-Five, How Should A Person Be?, This Is How You Lose Her

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Got the chance to visit Paris with family, which is my favorite place in the world.

There was also this one time where I dressed up as Santa Claus and delivered bags of toys to orphans.
