CURRENT MISSION: village life

Boris and Burma. One human and one cat.

I hitched Asia for just over two years, met my kitten companion on the road, and after reaching India overland felt that a little mission was completed so I came back home for a (yet indefinite) period of village life, while preparing the next journey. Here, with a varying degree of success I teach English in the local school to the Roma kids of the village, try to grow a veg garden, play backgammon in the pub, watch the mountain change through the window and take time for deep cat conversations. Daily.

Cosa posso offrire ai padroni di casa

Vegetarian meals, homemade bread, pancakes, pizza (even if there is no oven around!) I love cooking for my hosts.

And stories. I love speaking to my hosts too.
