About Me

Interests

Above all, I'm curious about the world, and traveling seems like a great way to explore it. One thing I value a lot in life is new experiences, and I can say the best ones I’ve had have been while traveling. I’ve realized that the part I enjoy the most about traveling is not the mere fact of visiting a place for your check list, but instead to observe how people live and the way they think. CS offers that in a way you can’t find from a travel guide. Also, isn’t it exciting meeting someone new for the first time?

I’ve been using CS on and off for quite a few years already, mostly to make the most of my solo trips. I’ve also hosted (way more than my reviews show, through a former roommate). If you host me, don’t expect me to just drop my bags and disappear, I’m really keen to get to know you. I’m also totally fine if you can’t join me for everything I do.

It’s tough to describe myself beyond the usual "open-minded" and "easy-going" (which, by the way, I really am, haha). I think everyone sees you differently, so it's probably best you form your own opinion.
Anyway, just a bit about myself and how I spend my free time:
I play a lot of racket sports. I’ve played tennis my whole life (I even used to coach part-time during college), and recently I’ve gotten into two kind of new sports: beach tennis and pickleball.
I like learning new things in general. Sometimes, I start looking something up online and end up losing hours jumping from one topic to another.
The same goes for music; I love finding new tunes thanks to the Spotify algorithm. I also enjoy live music, the whole spectrum from chill acoustic gigs to techno raves, and everything in between.
