Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

About 12 years ago I lived with friends that hosted as many as 6 surfers at a time. Among them, I met journalists from England, a photographer from San Francisco, and a traveler from Brazil. I wasn't very involved, and in retrospect, wish I had been. Shortly thereafter, I got firsthand experience while living abroad.

I love riding my bicycle, reading, being outside, sunshine, swimming, camping, gardening, music, drawing, cooking, eating, and relaxing... I also love to learn about things: history, sustainable living, new ways to do things, cultural differences, etc.

Favorites are hard. I like lots of music. I tend to stick to suspense and comedy movies. And most of my books are informative or educational.
