ABOUT ME

I'm fairly quiet, kind of have the 'speak only when spoken to' burned into my brain from my childhood. Definitely need to work on that, I do.

I try to be a non-consumer, but it's currently not possible without living on a farm. I'd like to get more into urban gardening and bartering for services. Maybe even try dumster diving....best things in life are free and I'm slowly catching on.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, I just joined. So I have yet to try any of this but what a great idea this site is! I'm stoked to start surfing and meet some wonderful people, indeed.

Interests

Asking questions, all kinds of art, camping, reading, tea, random coffee shops, putting my mind and body through hell and overcoming it, getting lost and homeless for a night, biking, meditation, learning.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Anything with Tom Hanks or Johnny Depp. I love movies but there are too many to list.

Music: Oh boy. My taste in music has changed dramatically over the past year or so. I like most genres except for rap and country and that has always stayed the same.

Books make great gifts.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach anyone how to not take certain things in life seriously. And deep conversations can be a lot of fun and I tend to add a lot to them. Learning has always been a passion of mine so anything new, really.
