About Me
ABOUT ME
I don't spend a lot of time on socializing, but I always relish the opportunity. I tend to focus heavily on personal development. I'm always trying to be better than I was the day before. I'm as honest as can be, and will go out of my way for others in need, be they friends or strangers.
PHILOSOPHY
First and foremost, the golden rule.
Other than that, my personal philosophy is that it's not possible to learn too much or to be over educated. I live for the thrill of acquiring new knowledge and using that to better myself.
Interests
Science and languages! Science and languages are the two main topics that can keep me engaged for ridiculous amounts of time. I love studying science, it's a great feeling knowing how the universe works (at least as much as possible)! I'm a native English speaker and speak French very well, but I wouldn't say fluently. I love learning languages and studying all aspects of language. I know a bit of Spanish, Dutch, Mandarin, and I'm currently studying Georgian. I love to travel and for me a very important part of that is knowing the local language. I also have a mild obsession with tea, and I love introducing people to the wonderful world of quality tea. You will not find any tea bags at my place.

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't watch a lot of movies, but I do like to watch foreign films to practice my language skills. I am very choosy when it comes to books, I tend to prefer scientific non-fiction books, but I also like to read anything else educational. My tastes in music are all over the place, but I also use this as a way to practice language skills by listening to foreign music.
