ABOUT ME

I'm all about fun and adventure, getting outside, experiencing new things. My plate seems to be overflowing at all times with lots of play, and some work. Good food, good education, good hikes, good surf, deep snow and quality vertical rock keep my happy. Oh, and good friends, too. I'm gregarious at times, and keep to myself at others- but I'm always respectful, honest, nice, and happy!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My good friend Marshall Turner hosted couchsurfers often, and they were always fun, respectful people. We always had a great time with them. I want in!

兴趣

Climbing, snowboarding, surfing, or hanging out at my cabin in the mountains with friends and fam in Mazama, Wa are my favorite things to do.
Believe it or not, I also have fun at work. I'm a dentist and have my practice in Langley, on Whidbey Island. It is very exciting to grow a business, continue to learn with great continuing education courses in my trade, and work with a staff I consider family.
A description of my interests wouldn't be complete if I didn't include food, music and friends-preferably all together at once- as another of my favorite things to do. Any type of food, any type of music, any type of friend.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have to say I was absolutely awestruck when at traveling Circus in the rural town of Pescadero, Mexico, I witnessed a very tragic, yet hilarious sight. It started when a well intentioned clown place a pillow in either side of a child volunteer's torso, and then a rope around the child and pillows. The child was to be placed on a donkey, and ride the donkey like a rodeo until he fell off. At the moment he fell off, the rope was pulled by stagehands through a pully on the ceiling, and it would lift the child into the air and prevent him from hitting the ground. However, this time was different. The child was a future rodeo star, and rode the donkey almost all the way across the ring. When he fell off, he was pulled up to the sky by the rope but unlike the children that had gone before him, he was swinging radically and heading head first for some scaffolding. The clown reacted, running across the ring toward the kid, jumping all out, over the rows of onlookers like a NBA player saving a ball from out of bounds, barely grabbed the kid by the pants, saving him from hitting the scaffolding. However, as the clown fell into the crowd, he realized he had the boys pants, and underwear in his hand. Shortly after the boy realized this, too, and the crowd, too. The boy, now naked from the waist down, his privates on display to the whole audience, was screaming with embarrassment while swinging overhead of the crowd, trying to cover his little parts but unable to reach around the thick pillows that had ridden up to his armpits. Everyone reeled over with laughter. After what must have felt like an eternity to the little boy, he was finally let down, freed from the rope. He immediately ran crying and screaming off stage away from the crowd-no pants. Everyone looked around at each other, tears of uncontrollable laughter in their eyes, and felt blessed to have witnessed such a rare, hilarious freak clowning accident.
