HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Try to be a good host and help my surfers have a safe place to call home and get what they came for; whether it's room to crash on a long road, or to get out of the norm and do something fun in a different place.

I'm down to play tour guide and welcome CS'ers to join whatever festivities that I have going on, and there's plenty of them... just give me a head's up on what you have in mind. I'm always down to have fun.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted some good times at my house... met other CS'ers in the area for drinks, coffee and Spanish lessons.

I unplugged from TV and just recently started watching some movies online... I'm the guy who says "No" anytime anyone asks, "Have you seen... (insert almost any movie name here)".Music-wise, I am an abyss of randomness, my iPod has identity crisis and my library rolls from 80's to Norteno in a snap... some people have a hard time with it, but things like Grooveshark and other sites are a good crutch.I don't have much idle time so books don't work that well... when I'm not typing, I usually have dive gear and a camera in my hands going somewhere.

I'll trade stories with anybody, I love to hear them and enjoy sharing mine... it's a good way to get to know somebody's inner child and catch up on laughs.

One of my talents is helping people realize a goal, mostly in business concepts, however people I am close to are affected on a personal level. I enjoy seeing things grow organically, people, ideas and communities. I use my writing talent and PR experience to draw attention to positive community development and culture preservation, I'm also a 13 year veteran of the Big Brothers of America.
