I have met people during different trip abroad not by couchsurfing at the begining, and then I've met them in their country and then continue.

This was that who give me the ideia to be a couchsurfer.

I like the spirit of couchsurfing, most people are openminded, and you met some people I would meet not with a normal network (with friends or at work). In visiting a city, meet the local is an important part of the travel, so why not change experiences with someone that can give you advices, show you things you'll never be able to find alone, can help you to feel the atmosphere of a country.
