A 25y old guy from Ghent, a beautiful old medieval town and also the capital of the province of East-Flanders.

I love exploring new places, meeting new people with interesting stories and learn new experiences!

The ideal holiday for me is a mixture of culture, marvelous landscapes, (extreme) sports, a bit of backpacking and exploring new bars to have a few beers!

I'm a big fan of culture. I currently work as an archaeologist in Belgium so I love history, archaeology, heritage and art. When I'm on a holiday, I never skip a bit of history.

I very much like sports. When it's winter I love to go skiing or snowboarding and when summer comes up I really enjoy surfing, swimming, canoeing and stuff. Next to that and more on a weekly base, I play soccer or badminton.

I was in the scouts for a very long time so I love to go camping, hitchhiking, backpacking and exploring!

Musica, film e libri

When it comes to music, I have a wide range of interests. I'm especially fond of electronic music (house, deep house, tech house) but also more rock and alternative (arctic monkeys, pearl jam etc.), r&b and trap.

I love most of the netflix-series (narco's, stranger things, house of cards etc.) but i'm especially a fan of the HBO-productions (game of thrones, band of brothers, deadwood, westworld, boardwalk empire). Anyway, I've seen a lot of tv-series and movies so that's definitely a good conversation topic!

I would very much like to learn kitesurfing and upgrade my surfing skills. I'm open to try any sport or outdoor activity!

Also I would like to learn Spanish and a scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian).

Since I'm comfortable speaking English, I can teach people how to speak Dutch!
I can show people around in Ghent, get them to know the city.
I can teach people how to ski or snowboard, since I'm pretty experienced with that.
