Hello, Hola, Bonjour!

I'm Brandie. I've been backpacking since January 2015 but I began traveling long before that- beginning with monthly trips to visit my family in Mexico as a child.
My travel in the past 2 years has been mostly in Asian countries.
I love hiking, climbing, yoga, biking, video editing, music, wine, beer, coffee, water, animals (I don't discriminate which kind), reading, movies, swimming, writing, existential conversations, travel stories, love stories and having my mind blown.

I am relocating to Arizona from Michigan in my trustee 2001 Nissan Xterra and looking for a place to lay my head along the way.

I'll be traveling quite a bit in the next several years and I'd love to get to know as many amazing people as I can along the way... couch surfing seems to be a great platform for that.

I enjoy movies about the human condition. I stay away from the horror genre.
I will always be down to watch a cheesy comedy or femme film.
The books I read are a mix of leadership tools, action oriented goal coaching, dramatic fiction, yoga text and cookbooks.

Solo Paragliding flight course May 2015 and Everest Base Camp April 2016. I combined them because they both took place in Nepal- one of my most favorite places in the world.
