CURRENT MISSION

My mission in life is to have no mission. I just try to live life one day at a time and whenever i get a break from being responsible and "adult-like" i love to travel away from home.

ABOUT ME

I really love to travel and explore new things, but when I'm in school I am actually pretty studious and boring. I like animals b/c they are cute and don't talk back...unlike most people. I'm really easy to get along with and people seem to like me most of the time...probably b/c i have a really weird personality and can be quite entertaining when placed in a crowd of boring people. I live a simple life with my dog, cat, and fiance whom is even cooler and funnier than I which is an incredibly difficult feat.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I do my part by crashing on people's couches whenever necessary. I would love to give back but currently live in a one bedroom apartment that doesn't really have much to offer a fellow traveler. However, I move to a bigger place in Feb 2010 so I will definitely be opening up my status to "Has Couch" then. :]

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I recently went on a road trip up the Northwest with a girlfriend of mine and was DESPERATE to find a couch for one night in Vancouver BC...we almost gave up when 3 cute Canadian couch surfers saved the day by offering up a room to us weary travelers. It was a generous service to say the least.

Interessi

Like I said, I'm pretty simple...i like to eat...and sleep. If i could do both at once I would prob never leave my house. However, when I'm forced to leave my hovel I like to take pictures...I am pursing a career in photography and am studying at Cal State Fullerton, majoring in Photojournalism. Also, my dog likes to go to the dog park/beach so we do that sometimes as well.

Musica, film e libri

This would take me all day, so I'll just give my current obsessions. Movie, pretty much anything that evokes a positive emotion from me is cool. My fiance is a comic book nerd so he currently has me watching stuff like Watchmen on a weekly basis. I would say I listen to mainly folk, indie, electronica, and alternative. I "dabble" in everything else. Books: I'm currently reading Reservation Blues by Sherman Alexie and it's pretty good.
