I will be using this app a bit while I drive the Americas. The main purpose of this trip is to meet people and surf, so couchsurfing seems ideal.

兴趣

I've been surfing all my life, and I see it as one of the great pleasures this world has to offer. I plan to live out of my car for a year and surf as many of the breaks that the Americas have to offer in 2021.

I've shot film photography for fun for about 7 years now and if you're wondering why I shoot film instead of digital its because I find film cameras operate much more simply. The simplicity of it helps me to enjoy it more, relax, and take in the surroundings which is the whole point since I do it for fun.

Reading has slowly turned into another joyful obsession of mine over the years.

Farming is what I'd like to do as my career and permaculture design is what I would like to implement into that. Small farms are the backbone of any country and I'd like to see a movement of small farms and gardens throughout the US. Is there a better way to see a movement than jumping right into it, I think not! I love the outdoors and working outside seems ideal.

Favorite movies: Trainspotting, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Hot Fuzz, and Cool Hand Luke.

Music: the FUNK (khraungbin), old country (like 70s), classic rock (pink Floyd), old rap (mf doom, outkast, devin the dude, etc.), and really anything besides screamo (I even like the stoner doom genre)

I've seen a Manta ray jump out of the ocean, flying fish sail in the air, mile long trails of jellies, whales playing and leaping into the air, and many other wonderful things the ocean has to offer.
