I am a high school teacher, as is my wife, and we have two gorgeous daughters. Our family loves to travel and we think foreigners are fun!

My wife and I created this account in hopes that we will be able to give our two daughters a cosmopolitan experience right here in our own home by inviting people from all over the world to come stay with us. We really value pluralism and are amazed by all the different cultures there are in this small world.

Also, my wife and I travel frequently abroad, and would love to have the freedom to book trips without spending an exorbitant amount of money on hotels and B&Bs. We also find the intimacy of staying with locals very endearing and much more authentic then hotels and B&Bs.
