I am a professional Chef. I love everything about the Hospitality Industry. The people, the heat, the pressure, it is the most adrenaline inducing job I have ever had.

I love going out to eat, cooking (obviously), brewing beer, fermentation is another passion of mine.
I don't drink much, but I love going to a local brewery.

To counteract all the calories of my job, I like to work out and do Yoga. I also enjoy the outdoors. Any chance I can get lost in the woods I'm very happy.
