Hey fellow surfers, I'm a Ph.D. student in political science, doing fieldwork on the PT for a few months. I don't know many people in Sampa and hope couchsurfing.org will help remedy that.

In Brazil, I'll be surfing exclusively until late March. Then, depending on my place, I may start hosting. Back in Boston, I'll definitely host.

I can give guitar or piano lessons. I'm very interested in macroeconomics, various branches of philosophy, and US and world politics. While in Brazil, I'd like to learn more about how Brazilians live in and view their country.
