ABOUT ME

I believe that everything that happens here on this planet is a big, beautiful dream. From back-porch sunrise mornings at the house you were raised, to having a conversation with someone using only laughter when it's the only language you share. I see beauty and love in every interaction, every plant every stone and know that it is a part of the story, a part of God. I see myself in every person and them in me, and know that we are all part of God in this dream of reality. Knowing this I treat everyone with respect and love, and genuinely allow them to affect me positively. I believe that our jobs don't define us anymore than the state lines define the landscape. I want to experience everything to the fullest of my human potential and I want to radiate who I am in such a way that it causes others to radiate who they are.

No CS dot com experience, but have surfed on numerous friends couches for years.

I am first and foremost a musician and composer. I also write and perform poetry, act and read (short stories). I spend a lot of time admiring and enjoying the beauty that others create and are.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When touring in Japan, had a 30 minute long conversation with someone who I didn't share a single common word with, using only laughter and an uninhibited willingness to be present with them. It was one of the most beautiful experiences. I would also say dancing until the sun came up again at fuji-rock was amazing. And camping on the beach in puerto rico. And singing and playing music on a beach in seattle for hours with probably 20 people I had never met, and then that I never saw again.

Oh yeah, and almost making it into Lady Gaga's band in New York. And seeing my first Van Gough in person.
