I am interested in seeing new places and learning new things: languages, practices, foreign recipes. I also love helping people, which is why I engage in volunteering activities throughout the whole year.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like travelling very much and recently I began visiting a few countries and places I always longed to see. I signed up here because I think travelling and receiving travelers in your home is an inter-cultural exchange one must not miss !

My favourite author is John Fowles, and my favourite book is "The Collector", written by him. I also like E.A. Poe's short stories, Bronte sisters, Jane Austen, Charles Dickens, Henry James, Ian McEwan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After a few years longing to learn Romanian Sign Language - summer of 2015 was the year I signed up for a course and now I am able to have conversations with deaf people, and I have deaf friends who constantly try to teach me new amazing things !
