Hello! I am a postgrad in sound design at The University of Edinburgh. I am extremely interested in travel and learning about different cultures. Every day I try to find something fascinating about life, even if that's just the way the sun is filtering through the trees or reflecting off of the clouds. It truly is the little things in life that fascinate me. I absolutely enjoy intellectual conversations, and will gladly engage in conversation on just about any subject. (I love listening to and learning from people, no matter what they're talking about.) I am probably most at home in the outdoors, where I love hiking, camping, and backpacking.

Música, películas y libros

I love bluegrass (both old and new) but am trained in both classical and jazz (on several different instruments), and have played quite a bit of differing styles of rock. A good sample of my musical tastes would be everything from Mumford to Neutral Milk Hotel to Rachmaninoff to Nirvana to Hillsong United.
While my degree is in film production, I honestly am not that big of a movie buff. I do enjoy the occasional good film however, such as The Godfather, Zombieland, the Harry Potter series, or the Lord of the Rings films.
Ever since I was a kid, I have rarely been without a book handy. I mostly prefer to read nonfiction (especially about religions, race, gender/sexuality, or geography), though I do enjoy fictional works that really transport me to another place, such as works by Rowling, Tolkien, Lewis, Stephen King, or Victor Hugo.

As part of a choir tour, I performed a mass in the National Cathedral of the Czech Republic and sang at the Czech Presidential Palace.

I have lived abroad and traveled pretty widely on top of having studied world religions. Plus I like to cook!
