ABOUT ME

I grew up in Colorado and moved to Portland, Oregon when I was 16, and then I went to school in Vermont. I'm not good at staying in one area for too long, but I have kept my base in Portland since high school.

I've been in Hawai'i for the past two and a half weeks, and I reeeeally don't want to go back to the mainland. I came here to WWOOF, but when the first farm didn't work out, I fell into a vortex of exploring and meeting amazing people..And eating a crap ton of crazy fruit. I know I'll gag at the first taste of a regular banana back home, which is sad because I am vegan and eat a lot of those things. I want to live here and just forage. You can forage in Portland, but it's just not the same. Pancake batter grows on trees! COME ON!

PHILOSOPHY

CUDDLE EVERYTHING YOU CAN GET YOUR PAWS ON. A bunch of cats at an animal sanctuary taught me that today. I think it's pretty important.

I have interests in all sorts of music, but Jawaiian music has stolen my heart and I can't listen to anything else. Books and movies are awesome as well.
