I'm Brenda, my body is 31 years young even though I always feel like I'm 19 or younger :))

I'm an Access Consciousness Facilitator & translator and I facilitate people to greater ease, wellbeing and joy with their bodies, their relationships, and so much more!!

I love seeing people light up and get in touch again with the beauty of their souls and their bodies.

I'm so grateful to be alive and I'm looking forward to spreading more joy and lightness in the world 🩷
